• Nitrates or amyl nitrites (used to relieve chest pain) ex. nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate
• Alpha-blockers (used to manage high blood pressure or benign prostatic hyperplasia) ex. prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin
• Riociguat (a medicine used for increased pressure in the lungs)
• Medicines used for BPH (eg. dutasteride, finasteride)
• Ketoconazole, itraconazole (used to manage fungal infection)
• Protease inhibitors (used for HIV infection) eg. ritonavir, lopinavir

Safety Precautions and Warnings 

1. Avoid consuming alcohol with Tadalafil tablets as it may interact and cause adverse side effects. 

2. Do not take Tadalafil tablets if you have had any surgical removal of all or part of the prostate gland (radical non-nerve-sparing prostatectomy) 

3. Store the Tadalafil tablets in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. 

4. Do not skip the doses or indulge in the overdosage of the medicine. Follow the dosage and duration prescribed by your doctor. 

5. Tadalafil tablets are not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years).
